Website and Product Order Form for SCS Medic
SCS Medic is a Nordic company with its main business in skin renewal treatments. While building their website one of their aims was to construct a simpler form of online ordering of their products.
The main page is created with div-tags to make it easy to change pictures and content from within WordPress. Two different templates was created for the site, one with a sidebar to the left, and one without the sidebar, leaving more space for the main content.
The order form is created using simple HMTL, PHP and Javascript. Javascript was used to verify the content of the form before it is copied into an email and automatically sent. To make it easier to position the form where wanted, it was created as a plugin that easily can be activated in any page or post.
